Hope the Supreme court dispense with this case and direct the CCT to go ahead with the process of trying Saraki for false asset declaration. They should treat this case with despatch. Saraki should stop the shopping of judgement from other court rather he should defend the main substance of the case at the tribunal. He should take whatever come to him like a man.

.

Saraki's legal team has already boxed themselves by asking for a full panel of the supreme court. And it is most likely it is the CJN that will head the panel.
Why do I have this impression that this request was borne out from the belief by Saraki that he cud buy out the other judges that didn't initially sit on his first judgement at the Supreme Court because d other smaller panel was not playing ball, having lost the only judge he cud compromise to retirement.
