HOW WATER GET INTO A COCONUT FRUIT.
All fruits posses the ability to absorb water and nutrient through their roots and looses d water through their leaves and bark which is called "EVAPO-TRANSPIRATION".
Among all the drupes, coconut is the only fruit that has a very hard endocarp compare to other fruits.
As all other fruits, coconut also absorb water and lose the water. Their is a term in Biology called "FLACCIDITY" :- is a situation whereby plant looses much water out than what it can absorb. But in the case of coconut, it absorb much water dan wat it can loose due 2 its "Hard_Endocarp". This process is called "TURGIDITY".
At the early stage of coconut, it contains a fleshy liquid substance called "MESOCARP", and is whitish in colour. As the coconut is ripening, the fleshy liquid mesocarp, start hardening, instead of d water 2 b movin out, it forms a 'Dam' in d middle of the coconut due to its hard endocarp.
The so called "Dam" is the water formed in the middle of the coconut, called Coconut water.

Interesting. Most people don't want to believe this. They want to keep believing that water getting into a coconut is a wonder.

Plus you can extract coconut water without breaking it... Basic agricultural science.

How water got into Coconut is simple. There are three spots on the Coconut. One of the three is a hole you can penetrate with ordinary nail. Through this whole, you can access the water inside the Coconut without breaking the it. I believe water got into Coconut through this hole.
