Unveiling The Rawness Of Education...a Must Read For Every Student by essential101(m): 5:23pm On Dec 02, 2015
We have discussed a new dawn in Africa and a break from the crazy norm in our two previous posts. Today we will be looking at another essential topic that every student should know if indeed we want to understand what true education really is and we want to make the world proud. We will be discussing on the topic SCHOOL WISE today. One thing to note is that the purpose of writing out articles to students every week is not for the fun of it, but rather to reorient as many students as possible so that we can bring back the glory of our great continent through our understanding about the rawness of true education and I believe that there are some students that are already reorientating their mindset by the weekly posts.

SCHOOL WISE
If you are still living with the mindset of studying because you want to simply have good grades in exam so that it will enhance your chances of securing a well paid job after graduating, then you are still having a myopic view of education and you fall under the category of the depreciating generation that I talked about in my first post ' a new dawn in Africa'. You are still among the majority that are handicapping the development, independency and valuable recognition and respect for our great continent Africa.
You should definitely have good grades, excellent grades but you should also know at the back of your minds that the knowledge you are acquiring is really needed to enhance the development and recognition of Africa and the world at large.
Nelson Mandela kept hammering on Africa's education when he was still around. Many taught he was speaking of the refined kind of education that we are practicing today because of what the depreciating generation has passed to us but he was actually speaking of the true education. The real rawness of it. He was indirectly telling us to add values to our world through education and not just acquiring dormant knowledge.
He was telling us (Africans) to start producing outstanding scientists, doctors, engineers, researchers etc. This is being school wise not being school fool as many of us have been due to the crazy norm we have been following and has handicapped the true progress of our continent.

Have you not wondered why we have lot of first class graduates and yet we are still behind? This is a slap to our system of education. It is a slap to as many literates as we have produced out there. We should never expect a genuine progress and the ranking of our great continent and her countries among the world leading continents and countries if we choose to continue following this old age crazy norm. Nothing great if we fail to understand that it is right about time we start being school wise and we stop being school fool.
Remember that every great accomplishment begins with determination and taking necessary actions. It is not enough to be reorientated, action is what makes every ambition successful.
We are the ones we have been waiting for to bring excellent changes in Africa. Your country needs your acquired knowledge to provide creations, solutions and inventions. Africa needs you, the world needs you. The value of your knowledge is worth more than just having the best grades.

Do not just read about Albert Einstein, William Shakespeare, Isaac Newton, Ben Carson or Wole Soyinka. Let people read about you globally someday. That's being school wise!
