The polytechnic, Ibadan is pleased to announce its 31st Graduation Ceremony for the award of National Diploma and post Graduate Diploma for 2014/2015 taking place on Friday, 4th December, 2015 at the New Lecture Theatre, Middle belt area of the Institution.


NOTICE TO ALL GRADUANDS:
1. REHEARSAL FOR GRADUANDS: Graduands are expected to attend the rehearsal of procession and sitting arrangement by 10:00am on Wednesday, 2nd December, 2015 at the convocation venue.


2. GUEST: Each graduand is entitled to bring two guests. Invitation cards are to be received at the point of collection of academic gown and certificate scroll.


3. HIRING OF ACADEMIC GOWN AND REGISTRATION FOR ALUMNI ASSOCIATION. Academic gown and certificate scroll will be available for collection in the Faculty offices as from Friday, 27th November, 2015 upon payment of a sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Naira (1,500) only payable at the Bursary, The Polytechnic, Ibadan.


4. CONVOCATION JUMAT SERVICE: Jumat prayer shall be observed at The Polytechnic, Ibadan Central Mosque on Friday, 27th November, 2015 by 1.30pm


5. CONVOCATION CHURCH SERVICE: Church service shall hold at The Lord’s Chapel, Middle Belt Area, The Polytechnic, Ibadan by 10:00am on Sunday, 29th November, 2015.


6. CONVOCATION LECTURE TOPIC: STEPPING OUT INTO THE WORLD; POTENTIAL WELL-BEING, CHANGE IN LIFESTYLE AND CANCER EDUCATION
