Help!!no Build.gradle File In My Android Project by teampregar(m): 10:25pm On Dec 07, 2015
I just started developing android apps. I use Intellij IDEA(It is just like android studio but different names, android studio was built using it), when i want to create an android project i select create application module,then next, then finish.. When the project is ready for development there is no build.gradle file in it and i know the build.gradle file is needed to build android material design apps.. Please how can i do so that the build.gradle file will be available for me to import material design components.e.g.cardView..

first, why didn't you simply obey and use Android Studio which is the official supported IDE for Android
2.Have you check if you have correctly set your Android SDK path envirnment?
3 why not try run this Code via Command Line Terminal
Export_JAVA_OPTIONS="-Xms256m-Xms1024m"

Lunch your sdk tool and download the minimum and maximum API in the sdk tools . Material design support API 22 and android 5.0 .

. Do this to convert the library as android module . Click File -> Import Module -> "Your library Project". It converts the library project to gradle module. Now you can import the module by File -> Project Structure -> Select your project under Modules ->Dependencies -> Click on + to add a module.
