I have not been able to access google play, it keeps telling me to enter code whenever i try to access it. Can someone help me out with this, please.

It is better to factory reset your phone and start everything afresh by registering a new Gmail account if your previous account was blocked.

You don't have to reset your device........ Just go to settings.... Apps..... Playstore...... Clear cache and clear data..... Restart the device, make sure you got a good network.... Launch the Google play store app..... If the redeem plane still pops out, just retry few times it will surely open after it must have asked you to either "accept" or "decline" hit accept and watch your app open again

Mine is 5.0. I am also experiencing the challenge. And there's no such thing as clear data; clear cache with settings . Please, assistance is needed urgently .thanks

android and their small small headaches, when even iphone 4s is still open to update, an android of just 4years back cant recieve any,,,,,may god give us all money to use good things
