Delegates can attend as Attendees and Exhibitors. The total cost of package for Economy class is $7,100, While the total cost of package for Business class is $17,695. Exhibitors will pay an additional cost for exhibition space. Please see attached exhibition list. Booths will be branded on request provided the exhibitor will supply necessary information needed for this assignment.
On Special request arrangement will be made for First Class Passengers.

VISA ISSUANCE

Please note that visa issuance is at the discretion of the embassy officials. In the event of visa refusal, you will be refunded your money less administration fee, visa assistance fee and airline deposit.
