The onus lies on NOA. There's need to re-orientate our brothers/sisters up North, that there are safer place within Nigeria than running across borders.

Don't just judge others because you don't see from their perspective
Have you ever been in a war situation
Have you ever had to run with 5kids in the middle of the night in the middle of nowhere
Because then it wouldn't matter where you run to.
I remember my mum had to carry me on her neck as we cross a sinking canal during the kadunna riot.
