Use a condom 247 no matter d urge n also wear it correctly to avoid breakage and most importanly ensure d toilet u want to wash is thoroughly washed.
Maintain personal hygiene

The absolute measure to prevent a sexually transmitted infection is to not have sex.

If you indulge in sex, no matter the degree of protection, you expose yourself to a measure of risk to contacting any sexual infection.

A common example is the Herpes and Human Papilloma Virus group of infections. Recent studies has shown that a condom, even though consistently and correctly used, is not sufficient to prevent an infection. I don't have the time right now to go into details but I'm sure if you google it up, you'd have the explanation.
