Red sperm is normal. Mine is green and black, but this harmattan the colour has changed to a rainbow colour. People get wahala sha.

This thing the guy is suffering can occur to anybody at any time if care isn't taken.

@op,if u ejaculates brownish and red substance with pains it indicates chronic protatitis ie infection o the semina vesicles

Try ejaculating again an if Same repeats know that u have secondary haemotospermia.

Now u to go to the hospital for full body examination ie Abdominal palpation for hepatosplenomegaly or renal enlargement
Examination of genitals, including the testicles for any lumps, urethral discharge
PR prostatic check for cragginess, enlargement or lumps, loss of median sulcus..these r the test u need to run...lastly , blood pressure
