I have not spoken about those other ones.in a situation where a former head of states vehicle was bombed, stolen or destroyed.it is mandatory for them irrespective of who soever his in charge as president to replace them.this is constitutional.that of dopeksi and co are totally different.there is a different between money appropriated by law as running cost for every department.The office of the NSA has funds budgeted for its yearly operations.dipping its hand into money set aside for procurement of weapons for the armed forces for things not related to procurement is wrong.if he had bought the SUV's from the money appropriated for weapon purchase.its totally wrong .the question is this his buhari involved . the answer is no.it is the duty of the govt to provide him the vehicles. It statutory. Where ever the money was gotten is not its business.but rather the govt was to make provision through the right channel to provide the vehicles as stated by law.the issue of dopeksi and co is that funds set aside for weapons procurement which was a national issue and belongs to the nation was used do erted from the purpose it was appropriate for and use to fund a political party. The only govt organ by law allowed to give monies to political parties is Inec and that is based on lots of stringent rules.so dasuki giving out monies to any political party for party issues in his capacity as NSA is totally wrong and unacceptable.
