The Appeal Court verdict of the 5 man panel sitting in Abuja, that nullified the April 11 2015 election, that produced Governor Udom Emmanuel, was greeted with wide spread jubilation by residents of the state, believed to be APC supporters, who shut down traffic in Uyo, the state capital after the landmark court ruling.
The Appeal Court’s decision to nullify the election of Governor Udom Emmanuel in line with the appeal of Okon Umana, candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the April 11 election.
