Wife of Nigeria President, Hajia Aisha Buhari has disclosed that seven Nigerians under the administration of President Goodluck Jonathan stole N3.3 trillion meant for the development of the nation.

Mrs. Buhari made this revelation yesterday while speaking at a get-together organized for social media changers in Aso Villa, Abuja.

According to a tweet by one of the attendees at the event Japheth Omojuwa, Mrs Buhari in her words said,”N3.3 trillion was embezzled by only 7 people.

Young people should monitor monetary allocations to ministries and demand judicious use of same.” It will be recalled that the total budget for 2014 was merely N4.69 trillion. However, she did not clarify if the N3.3 trillion was stolen in a single year or through out Jonathan’s 6-year tenure.
