My brother in law was knocked down by a hit & run driver last month, and a large crowd gathered around him and taking photos for over 20 mins, with no help offered. Thank God for a family friend passing by who recognised him. The story would have been different.

That's Nigerians for u. Even in traffic where robbers are smashing someone's windows, they just turn to the other side instead of hitting those robbers with their cars.
Before the burning degenerated to this, am so sure there were motorists passing by but chose not to help

busy 3rd mainland bridge, so the car just exploded into flames and there was no car behind or nobody in the vicinity to help in any way (even if just to throw a bottle of water on the flames)?!

you mean to say that "casually driving by while taking pics" is the thing to do?!

exactly, the fire must have started small, and i am sure someone could have helped. yet here is a country where churches on sundays are filled with people who wouldnt even help thy neighbors, kai!
