undecidedwhy can't I play
GTA SAN ANDREAS offline. Whenever I start the game, my screen goes black and takes me back to my home menu.

100% sure it would work? Cos I Uninstalled the game and mistakenly deleted the data file. I have to download it again.

Worked for me. Used it to remove licence verification for Dungeon Hunter 4 & Amazing Spiderman 2

I was asking about NBA 2K16 actually. That's the only game I am interested in getting right now.

Haven't tried it on NBA2K16.......But you can give it a trial. I was also told to try it when I had issues with licence verification and I did and it worked nicely

Do you guys remember Pocket Tanks? The same old game that we use to play on our desktop.
I see that nobody has mentioned about it. In 2014 it was ported to Android and iOS. Pocket Tanks can be played in Multiplayer mod as well.
The game comes with a lot of weapons packs (paid and free) also you can opt for deluxe version in which you get extra features.
