Can A Physics Graduate Apply For Masters In Mechanical Engineering? by kelsberg(m): 10:09am On Jan 05, 2016 |
Please I need advice.I finished my national diploma in mechanical engineering. But with the discrimination between the HND and Bsc holders I was thinking of applying for Bsc physics with the hope I can switch back to my beloved mechanical engineering at masters level. N.b am applying physics because getting admission might be easier and the institution in question doesn't have a mechanical engineering department. Help a brother. Thanks in anticipation. |

kelsberg:most schools require a PGD or a BSc/BEng in mechanical or industrial production engineering for an MSc in mechanical engineering because they are more related to mechanical. physics is closely related to electrical-electronics engineering, mathematics. since you already have ur HND why not put in for a PGD or get a DE for your BEng..also bear in mind no course is easy to get ooo |
