I was at one of the carnivals in iju ishaga and I cannot believe what I saw . At exactly 9pm the venue is filled up with teenagers . They were all smoking weeds and shisha in the presence of armed police men hired to maintain peace around the area. Around 12pm I left with my car cos my instinct tells me after weed na fight. Our society is no longer safe
