Africans worldwide continue to ignore the dictates of change. We can't simply announce change and continue to do everything the same. We have 3 choices, violent revolution, constitutional reform, or economic development. We aren't supporting or even helping to spread the information on economic development. I've listed all the treasuries of independent government and leadership among our Black Nationalist and Pan Africanist movements. We are raising 1 Billion dollars for Women and Children to develop Africa via the 1 Billion Dollars for the Queen Mother of Africa Nnabagereka Development Foundation And the African Queens and Women Cultural Leaders’ Network. This network isn't just in East but West Africa as well and it could extend to Diaspora. We are asking that each household worldwide, in the African world, give one dollar per household member, no matter how old the member, 0-99 age.

But instead of supporting these grand visions many of you are running out buying Powerball tickets. The enemy is allowing the Powerball to reach 1 Billion to thwart and mock our efforts.The enemy is so sure you will run out and fantasize about becoming a Billionaire overnight by buying a Powerball ticket. You'd rather give away your dollars than give a dollar to help with the rise of Africa. This is a super computer picking the numbers, which can select location and time of the ticket purchased. The statistics bear me witness, 70-80% of the winning tickets are picked by the computer. If this process were truly random then the winners would be dispersed. The game is rigged and the winners are always in rural areas of the USA where mostly Whites reside. Majority of the tickets are purchased in the inner city, which means poor Blacks are buying these silly lottery tickets hoping to win.

There is no nation building without institution and no institution without treasury. I refuse to allow this movement to slip by.
