IMO I believe it is the job of the state formed committee to send her findings to the EFCC or other anti-graft agents and not their role to charge him to court.

Therefore if they say or claim to have petitioned the EFCC as regards Amaechi, it's left for the EFCC to act accordingly.

Even at that are they trying to tell us petitions were sent to them concerning "only PDP chieftains/members"? The war on corruption should be prosecuted regardless of partisan affiliation.
Thus I say this bone of this alleged "APC chieftain" the EFCC is throwing to us is a fraud!!!

That is not correct. Any individual, company, institution or organisation can institute a law suit against any other individual or corporate body as long as there is no immunity clause protecting them. So the Rivers state government or anybody with proof of fraud need not wait for the EFCC to do anything.
