Over the years, i notice an irony under the sun: "Illegal" pregnancies survive while "Legal" ones don't. Well by "Legal" , i mean preganancies in marriage while "Illegal" is for those out of wedlock..

I notice that wen a lady whether 14 or 25 or .. gets pregnant out of wedlock, she moves abt with strenght, doing her chores likesay nothing dey happen. Some even could conceal the pregnancy for months, wont go for antenatal but will end up delivering mostly at home. They most times end being fine and the baby also survives, sometimes becoming the issue of crisis btw the father's and mother's families.

However, when its with married couples today, it starts with difficulty in getting pregnant to issue of miscarriages. Even with antenatal, u see the women moving like a snail with great displeasure on d face especially for 1st timers. Then the too much cases of birth through CS. not also forgeting still births.

Has anyone notice same.? Lalasticlala, shebi u dey spiritual, help us ansa

But it is worthy to note that, after 30, pregnancy may not be as smooth and easy as it wld be for girls below age 30.

How does your comments so far on this thread have any bearing with the topic under consideration?

The devil is happy with an illegal pregnancy but when a pregnancy is legal he fights it making sure that child of honour is not born.....Remember the devil hates marriage especially a happy one...

my point is strictly from a Biblical perspective which posits that the disobedience of man brought sin into this world which has continually aggravated our predicament on earth,it iis only by Gods grace that we are alive and well.As for miscarriages it was never Gods plan for women to experience such but for sin that has defiled our bodies with all kinds of illnesses we will only continue to endure till Christ returns!

God sha, it is such an irony; girl not married get pregnant, gives birth without any problem then couples married for many years are still looking for a single child. I can't question that man in heaven because HE knows it better.

So people can actually concur to op's assertion? marriage or single is not the determinant of babies who survives. it happens both way

hmmm, are you speaking for God or from your own thoughts? well from the look of things, you can't compare a girl of 15 to 25 to a woman of 30 and beyond, reason is that the body of the latter is getting weak and the former is strong and moreover, stress too is another killer factor that causes miscarriage.

Do u need government statistics or research results to tell u there are many Nigerians living below poverty line? this is something we see every day. and why have u guys simply concluded that married ladies must be over 30 yrs?
