I just designed a school portal Using netbeans

Problem 1: how to convert .java file to jar then to exe
Problem 2: how to convert it to a web app which would allow for synchronisation with my offline database

Project Properties -> Build-> Packaging -> Build JAR after compiling .Download a software called exe4j ,install creator or lunch4j and build it to an exe file .
