A Federal Government delegation led by the Minister of Defence, Brigadier General Monsur Mohammed Dan-Ali (Rtd), Chief of Naval Staff, Rear Admiral Ete Ekwe Ibas, Chief of Defence Staff, Major General Abayomi Gabriel Olonishakin and other top military officers on Tuesday paid a visit to the scenes of oil pipelines vandalization in the Delta State. Speaking during the visit,Dan Ali urged the military to fish out the perpetrators of act.He also said more equipment will sent to the region to facilitate the arrest of those behind the vandalization. Loyalists of wanted EFCC suspect Ekpemupolo (AKA Tompolo) have been linked to the vandalization but it is still unclear if his loyalists or other militants carried out the destruction.
