In this 21st century, my community is still suffering network problem. No mast have ever been installed in my community, as the community people can not receive calls except the person go to a particular place in the town. Pls respond.

Write to them and tell them the population of ur community. I tink if they r upto hundred thousand or millions, installation guaranteed.

But if less, it means u wan dem to lose totally dis 2016.
Note: they still wan pay fine o, of-recent, cameroon also fine dem.
