Why will any govt want to dictate to private schools how they utilise their premises when during weekends? How does the school being used as event centres during weekends and holidays affect the quality of education.
Govt regulations should be focused of provision of qualitative education and not how anyone chose to use their properties during off sch period

seems we can't read to understand again.
it affects only public schools, while private schools are told to comply with the rules guiding private schools operations.
The state is contained in the same paragraph but having 2effects in it.
If you run a private school, just ensure your premises is conducive for learning, no noise or dirty environment, if you like party every holiday days of the week, you will bear the cost of every damaged facility unlike public schools where the state bears the cost.
