What do you think, will modern science bring about a World without sickness, poverty, death, injustice and racism?
In view of the many accomplishments going on in the world, many think it is not far-fetched.
Many articles has proven that the governments and private sectore are working together with the united nations in an unprecedented campaign against diseases. Lets Consider their numerous achievements:

Immunization of children in developing countries: By 2015,more than 70 million children recieved each year life-saving vaccines against tetanus, tuberculosis, measles etec.
X-ray imaging: For more than 30 years, doctors and hospitals have been using what is known as CT scan. The acronym which stands for computed tomography was designed to produce three-dimensional x-ray images of the body. These images helps in diagonising of diseases and examination of internal abnormalities.

Namomedicine: This is the application of nanotechnology to the medical field.(Nanotechnology is the science of manipulating and creating microscopic objects) measured in nanometer.

Robotic surgery: Sophisticated robots no longer remain in the realm of science fiction_at least in the medical field because already thousands of surgeries are taking place with the help of robots, some are even designed to allow doctors manipulate them with remote control.

Genomics: The study of gene structure is known as genomics. Since every cell in the body is packed with components vital for life, they play important roles in setermining the quality of our internal organs.

Looking at the above accomplishments,it is easy to predict that perhaps scientists can really heal the world. But then let us take a look at our insurmountable hurdles.
Human behaviour: it is no lomger news that men dominates themselves to all injurious things, slowing down the progress of eradicating diseases. Scientists believe that human-inflicted damage to certain ecosystems has resulted in new, dangerous diseases. Since mid-70s more than 30 new diseases have emerged.

HIV:This disease need not to be introduced since it is the most widely known virus. But did you know? Some 60 million people have been infected with HIV and about 20 million have died. During 2005 there were five million new infections and more than three million AIDs-related death.

Diarrhea:With about four billion cases every year, diarrhea is described as a major killer among the poor. Infectious diseases spread by contaminated water and food and/ a lack of personal hygiene. This illness kills not less than 2 million each year.

Malaria: some 300 million people get ill from malaria annually leaving about one million victims dead many being children. In Africa alone, one out of every child dies of malaria about every 30 seconds. Sciences still has no magic bullet for malaria and many doubt that such a solution will ever exist.

With the many diseases listed above and those not listed,it is certain that despite the improvement and the scienctific knowledge being designed and implemented, the World isn't getting any better-infact it gets worse each day.
Now the question is,will there ever be a World without hurdles? If possible, leave your opinion.

No!
Science will only compound the world's 'sickness'.
