Some irate youths in Aliade, the power seat of Gwer Local government took law into their hands after they arrested a notorious criminal who has been terrorizing their area.

IDOMAVOICE.COM reports that the youths arrested the suspected robber, whose identity was given as Mgbajime and set set him on fire after beating him to a pulp.

The victim was roasted before the police could arrive.

A resident of the area told our reporter that Mgbajime is among the many notorious bandits that have been robbing citizens of the area for years now.

In other way round, robbers are treated according to their crime.

Silly people. Illiteracy is a disease. I hate jungle justice and I believe strong laws should be made against it and scapegoats should be humiliated publicly. The funny thing is that those useless mobs will be the ones hailing, praising and protecting politicians stealing their future away. Bunch of cowards angry

That's africans for u.
Jungle jury everywhere,
in as much i ditaste robbery to the core, we should allow the law to take its full cost. That' what u see in buhari's govt. Whr the office of the president supercedes any legal arms of the govt supreme or whatever high u put on it.

Only petty criminals get this type of justice..If only the rouges stealing TRILLIONS could be lynched this way then there'd be true balance in the world cos as of right now, there's only the rich and the poor..I remember when there used to be 'The Rich' 'The Average' and 'The Poor'

This story has to be
repeated here of a man
that was being chased by
a crowd shouting: Ole,
Barawo, Oyi oshi, Ewee
etc. He suddenly
disappeared into the
crowd pushing one of the
chasers in front and
shouting in rhythm with
the crowd. Needless to
say, an innocent man was
lynched while the real
looter got away. Not in
China, they know who
stole the beef, so they do
not have to ask. They
execute politicians for
corruption. If we are so
sure that we can identify
the real thief, why are we
killing one another over
pittance while looters get
away with the beef with
billions in Abuja and state
capitals?
Well, thieves start from
somewhere. So if you can
steal a cow and get away,
you will be stupid to steal
a cat for dinner out of
hunger pains, risking
probability of lynching.
The police use jungle
justice against us for
trying to run without
giving them twenty naira,
the soldiers use jungle
justice against police and
us if they cannot mount
road blocks and we use
jungle justice against one
another out of these
frustrations. In each of
the instances, innocent
lives are lost either from
stray bullets or that of
some good Samaritans
getting caught in the
fracas of trying to appeal
to cooler heads.
These days the cunning
embezzlers are so good at
their greed, they have
made criminals out of
honest or petty thieves to
confuse us. The burden is
on us to dare support
petty thieves. We all know
there are still
conscientious people
around that go into
business, politics or
government but cannot
make a quorum. Like
amorphous ghosts in the
state treasury, we can
hardly distinguish
between the sheep and
the lions. Ghost busters
have been influenced into
corruption and we are left
wondering who amongst
them is clean. If you are a
saint from heaven, once
you touch down in
Nigeria we will turn you
to devil.

Re: Benue Community Set Robber On Fire (PHOTO) by hotmolo(m): 2:35pm On Feb 02, 2016
The problem is the psychological state of mind of average Nigerians. we have lost a sense of belonging when it comes to common wealth of the nation. Our leaders hav conditioned us to see government money as Oil money or national cake, thats why when politicians steal money they are given chieftancy tittle. we say after all it is ''government money''. But when a thief struggling to eat steals for e.g. a bike from an okada man the man sees everything wrong with it cos it directly affects him and is a source of his livelihood and as such he doesnt mind to kill this thief when caught. we need to reorientate ourselves and stop taking justice into our hands but rather hold leaders responsible...

When will they start melting out the same justice to those that ate our yams?
