Evaluation of students comes only at the end of the term while evaluation of learders comes at the begining through the policies laid down programmes(budget) and at the end of the term.

The laid down programme(budget) of this govt is faulty. If not corrected now(first evaluation) it will end up faulty(last evaluation).

Btw, what about governors that are already working?
