This is my candid view on the Sector of Education employee and employer equity for injustice of met to Labour where they are not paid any benefit after years of working for them (Private School Owners). Before registration of terminal examinations Pension Scheme Remittance should be demanded, where possible Pension managers should have minimum staff registration numbers per secondary and primary schools respectively to avoid falsifications. Also all the staff of such schools should submit their letter for update to the Ministry online and individually. There are so many benefits to government and all parties if implemented. Finally am open to consultations, thanks
