Waoo!! This is the only topic in recent time that an issue about Igbos is treated generally with so much unbiase. And respect, even though some very few are trying to infuse the hate yet not working,i have always said it that Nigerians will actually quarrel but deep down they are like husband and wife,i remember when one south African tried to Wade into a particular bickering on nairaland what she got from both sides made her ran with her tail in between grin grin

The Senate President said ''I had fun today at the Made in Aba Trade Fair. It was amazing to see the ingenuity and quality of Nigerian made products''

"In my remarks, I promised that the National Assembly would work on amending the Procurement Act by changing the word "may" to "shall"to ensure that Nigerian products are given first priority over their foreign counterparts in the procurement process"

Let our law makers provide enabling laws to encourage the use of made in Nigeria and also to provide stable power supply.

STFU please!!!

If you have nothing noble or worthwhile to say, why not crawl back to the hole you crept out from instead of uttering bigoted and disparaging innuendos.

You sound like a broken record already, give it a freaking rest.

Honestly, these creative ones carry Biafra for head.
Go to Samek or Bakassi shoe line and shout one Nigeria, they will use you skin to do leather for their shoe.

Ask anybody in Aba, that you see Biafra protesters confront Army, it is guys from Ariaria, power line side, shoe makers, they don't fear anybody.

You are such a cliché...I'm concern about your mental well being due to having clicked on this thread. But if you insist on staying, then you have to stop being an obstreperous, attention-seeking lousy creature.

You are missing the point again

It is not a big deal. Every region has its specialisation. It is how economics work, it does not make one area of specialization superior to the othersmiley.

To be honest and fair, our brothers from the east are highly industrious. All that's lacking is the extra support from govt. Incentives should be given to them, friendly loans should also be granted unto them. I hope we get our acts right very soon

My brother, if we encourage ourselves, nobody go dey run go China or Malaysia. We have enough talents in Nigeria. Nigeria can be great. All we need is to put a round peg in a round hole, and square ones in square ones. It is that simple. Let's kick out quota and see naija move forward.

Don't you think labeling a product Mage in Aba is further dividing the country along ethnic line ?

Aba as city has become a brand on it own,for example, no other city in Nigeria or even Africa can you see the make of a product been ascribed to...so labeling a product " made in Aba " only goes to further the reputation and that has nothing to do with tribalism.
