GOVERNOR PETER AYODELE FAYOSE HAS AGAIN DECEIVED EKITI STATE STUDENTS WITH HIS FAKE BURSARY FORMS

Today, we have come together as a forces united in love, peace and harmony to fight a noble cause greater than any interest of the wicked and callous set of people to inflict their devilish acts on students which we see as inhumane, barbaric and an act of promoting despotism in our society which is nothing but a great threat to our future as youth of this great nation.

We are fully aware of the potentials of Fayose dogs in the media world and their ability to misrepresent an entity to suit their horror taste which we will never give room for. The ability of Fayose media aides to paint us as devils and to inform the world how our intolerance leads to actions that gives us a bad image is not new neither do we see it as something incredible.

It is no longer news that FESSU is the most powerful students' force representing the interest of all Ekiti indigenous students throughout the world and our historical records has shown beyond reasonable doubts our technicality in organizing a powerful protest that sets to put anyone at the helms of affairs in the State on his/her toes as at when it is necessary
.
Our belief is that any governor that sees beyond the fanfares surrounding his exalted office supposed to have a student/youth oriented agenda where good principles, character and justice with equal opportunities should be preached but reverse is the case in Ekiti State and we, as the potential leaders of today are ready to make things right.

Since justice too long delayed is equally a justice denied, the students under the aegis of Federation of Ekiti State students Union want to expressly stated that the Ekiti State Governor, Dr. Peter Ayodele Fayose should be battle ready for the aluta forces of Ekiti Students as we've set to unanimously pass a vote of no confidence in his leadership.

The following are few of the many sin of Governor Fayose
.
1. BURSARY: Governor Fayose in his machiavelian attitudes deceived Ekiti State students by issuing fake bursary form out to score cheap political popularity. We as the body representing the students had on many occasions raised alarm on the ingenuity of the bursary form as it was neither stamped nor numbered, yet, the Governor refused to agree to terms which will make the form accessible to most Ekiti students. It is disheartening that despite the incoviniency the collection of the form brought to the students, yet, a single kobo has not been paid since last year.

2. PRIVATIZATION OF PUBLIC SCHOOLS: May this State never again experience the setback we've recorded so far in Ekiti State educational sector under the present administration. Fayose leadership has done everything possible to crumble the legacies his predecessors has laid in the educational sector of the State as public schools pupils are now forced out of the school to pay an outrageous tuition while the Free WAEC/NECO registration policy for the SS3 students has been abolished.

It is a shameful act and we consider it as an act of wickedness and a callous means of generating income that Governor Fayose can refused to take responsibility for the payment of WAEC Fees of secondary school students which is the only benefit they can have from the state government in terms of education.

It is never new to us as student leaders but it was strange that the government can belittle herself and aggravated her crime and wickedness to the future leaders of tomorrow.

NON-PAYMENT OF OUR PARENTS SALARIES: Despite receiving uptodate allocations, Governor Peter Ayodele Fayose has refused to pay our parents salaries, thereby delaying the school fees payment of many of our students. Fayose has mischievously been deceiving Ekiti people, covering his ineptitude with the deceit that he has been servicing the debt incurred by his predecessor. We, without fear deem it imperative to tell all Ekiti people that Fayose is only feeding on our ignorance and it is high time we ask him questions on what he has been doing with our allocations.

We shall not hesitate to storm the city of Ado-Ekiti with our harmless comrades and provide succor to the almost gone Ekiti educational heritage
.
We shall be responsible for the blocking of major roads leading to Ado and we shall stop the economic and social activities within the state before unanimously passing a vote of no confidence in Governor Peter Ayodele Fayose leadership
.
We jointly say "education is a right not a privilege and we shall not turn a crocodile eye towards the poor welfare state of the education in the state.
