Also, The judges at the lower courts need to be investigated.

APC guys should chill please. Nothing bias about this judgement. This was the exact judgement the supreme Court gave in the case of Samuel Ortom of Benue State.

When they knew Ishiaku was not rightly selected before election, APC should have straightaway petitioned INEC, INEC would have in turn nullified his selection, but then were carried away with politicking and waited for the election to be lost before looking for loopholes

It serves them right.
INEC can't nullify PDP's primary based on APC's petition. Re-read the judgement

chai Mama Taraba don become tarabarised in this APC shit

Hahahahaha you make me laugh.

Good judgement if the news were to be true. one by one the liars will be uprooted. PDP not the best but absolutely in the last few months of APC in power surely APC is not the alternative.

Remove them all they are all liars and have no plan. Just 8 months in power and Nigeria has sunk down the sea. No plan no development from Madueke gate to fuel scarcity gate from the fuel scarcity gate to Dasuki gate gate gate gate and gate and today is land grabbing gate and that is how four years would be a waste nothing to show for it. Bloody deceivers.

Not only mama Taraba it's Sister Taraba.

samething applies to the presidential election. had pdp contested d outcome if that elect she wud have won it at d supreme court but Jonathan being a gentle and a non-despirate politician who does not power testy knew that would have caused a serious caos and bloodshed in Nigeria he simple told his pple to forget abt it.

Thank you APC for giving a lifeline to the opposition. You can choose to kill every opposition but you didn't. To all persons saying PMB is anti-judiciary just because he's going against the very few that looted our common resources should come read the news and many others. Thank you PMB. Nigerians are grateful
If Buhari's sense of reasoning is exactly like that of a local goat does not mean that his followers like you should behave like him. Oyegun, apc chairman, through the advise of Buhari has asked Buhari to probe the apex court. Buhari himself went far ways outside Nigeria and told the oyibos that his problem as at today is the judiciary. Could it be that your neck is too tiny and as long as that of Buhari and that of an Antilope such that you cannot reason?

The message is very simple that if you take away hate and use #commonsense you will see the message he's passing. Every Nigerian knows that the judiciary that senses a petty thief to life imprisonment and someone like Igbinedion that stole billions to 2yrs with option of fine is a problem to justice system
bros., are you related to any of the appeal court justices? You reason through your neck like them. Are you an appeal worker?

May be you have not seen the plans put in place by apc to ask buhari to personally prevail on the judges if they fail to steal any state through the court's. I am very sure bubu made that statement because he could not prevail on the supreme court judges.

Fixed!

You see my friend, the danger in these recent rash of judgements by the Supreme Court will tell in the next elections.

I will withhold any further comments until I lay my hands on the full judgement and read the rationale for the rulings by the eminent JSCs.

Please don't corrupt my views. That's another issue altogether. However this takes us to the necessity of immediate, thorough electoral overhaul beginning from how aspirants emerge candidates in various political parties.

our judiciary is in a total mess, does it mean that other judges that gave judgement in favour of apc are biased or they gave wrong judgement? So many unanswerable question in this country.
You've said it all. Very baised judges at the tribunal appeal level.

Supreme Court is partisan! Chickena.

I smell incompetence all over.
How's the Supreme Court partisan?

What's the ground for APC's appeal?

That Darius Ishaku wasn't legally nominated by his party PDP.

And I ask what's the business of Aisha Jummai and APC in the internal affairs of PDP?

How PDP chooses to nominate its candidate doesn't concern APC and as the learned Justices of the Supreme Court held the tribunal misdirected itself in ruling over a matter that's not within its jurisdiction.

The question we should be asking is this: is it that the tribunal doesn't know its limit? Is it that it doesn't know that nomination of candidate is a pre-election matter which no tribunal isnompetent to act on? How much was the tribunal paid by the APC and its candidate to secure victory?
