Even if they make provisions for this in Nigeria, so group of people would corner the money. Its true that an average human does not want his neighbor to succeed, but Nigerian government sef do not want its citizens to be happy, they would give you pako biscuit without water so you would be dehydrated during the exam hoping it would help you fail. |
