Got this from first bank atm at limca road onitsha this morning.

I am wondering why a bank would insert such a bad money in their ATM.
First bank really needs to work on the orientation of their staff.
They seems most times to be coming from 18century banking.

That is the handwork of racketeers in the bank that smuggles old notes destined for burning back into circulation.
