Why would you appoint someone that knows so little about a field to become the minister of that field. You may not have to blame the said ministers. Remembered the misunderstanding that arose in UAE when the Ministers advised against signing agreement? For now we have Noise Makers not Ministers. So Buhari knew what he did. |
