Up North,Suleiman = Solomon. People in the north use Hausa and English names interchangably,I won't be surprised he defends himself.
That Senator is Barr. Suleiman Adokwe,he and a christian. Some call him Suleiman and others Solomon.
That case is dead on arrival!
Check the reportage on Darius Ishaku,some refer to him as Isiaku while others Ishaku.

I don't blame the man. Some president also did the same.

In 9ja, people are not particular about names when beginning primary school.

The village teacher can write your name down using your father's first name as surname.

If ur father is call John Akpors, and ur first name is Andrew, He can call you Andrew John. maybe some even including your middle name, Atutukpoyoyo.
This can then follow you into secondary, and you may later be conscious to change surname to Akpors.

Andrew John, Andrew John Akpors, Andrew Atutukpoyoyo Akpors, etc. All can seem very different.

You may then have certificates bearing various names. I know many people like that.

But he will sure have classmates and teachers still alive.

If he didn't bother to do official name change, then no proof.

There's certainly fraud in the system, but we need to look carefully first.
