There are some epic or memorable posts a user might find and would want for keeps to view easily . A 'save' feature would come in handy . Trying to find a post using the search feature is very arduous but a save button could do the trick .

Then on the profile there should be "My Saved Posts" - can access saved posts . Good idea ?

Have you tried the share button? You can go back and view it later under posts I have shared. That can help you pending seun saying yes to your save feature request because share does that already
