Please what has your PHD achieve for 5 years, this is what Okonjo said" lack of will to save" with all the Oil boom. For 16 years PDP cannot stop importing fuel and refine locally, wasting our foreign exchange and paying trillion naira subsidies.

Ask your self this question, if Nigeria had been refining petroleum products locally in d last 5 year's, imagine what trillion subsidies payment will have contribute to our economy for 5 years.
