I've been reading through some psychic predictions lately from people like Malachi, some German called alamagodoro or sth, etc. Then I understood that these people just Google prophecies from such places and announce them like prophecies.

This applies to most churches who have first of January Prophetic nights. Just imagine God having a timetable and deadline to deliver with these prophets.

What catches my attention about this one is prophecy of non issues or issues that have no implication on the Christian church. So the church should pray for Kanye West? That's the first red flag for me. He also presumes that what is important to him is important to God.

That psychic seems more confident, sure of herself and most likely the original author of the prophecies.

It seems as also that black folks are being taken for ride by these prophets because they know we are so much into looking for prophecies for instant results. We don't want to know God for ourselves, we give more regard to prophets instead of God.

Looking closely at both set of predictions by the psychic and the prophecies by the prophet, both of them are completely wrong.

It's time christians to know God for themselves and not rely on prophecies.

Someone actually did an analysis of prophecies given by a number of Nigerian Church Leaders, majority of their yearly prophecies never come to pass.

You know, there is usually Alot of a spiritual "presence" in such meetings. A false prophet can get you to do many things. I've fallen victim once or twice to being pointed at by a preacher and told to give a specific amount.

That was before I learnt to differentiate between the power of God and power which is from flesh, it's easily confused. That's why manipulation by spiritual leaders is so easy. Just avoid any presense that appeals to the flesh(warmth/sensual, fear, being unsettled, feeling stupefied, electrified, raised hair, goosebumps, etc) because it's not from God. God's power is simple. It is peaceful. It DOES NOT Touch THE Flesh.

There are gospel songs you won't find me listening to for having a suspect "presence".

@ops, it would ve helped if you posted the predictions of the psychic side by side the false prophet's.
When they are caught, they shd be exposed fast. Too many people operating under the spirit of the Anti-Christ, all because they want to discredit the body of Christ.

You are right that both are spirits. There is even a spirit of divination which the apostles encountered. But there is a way of telling the two apart. One is a lying spirit. So lies(prophecies that never come to pass) are a very good place to start.

If there is a probability that a prayer can stop an event, it is usually very clear from the start. But you see for this one, he just says pray for so and so, because of this possibility etc in all his prophecies. Leaving room for error. He'll just say prayers stopped it if any of it is questioned. The witch seem more certain than the pastor.
