I visted a friend of mine at Oyo state and was astonished with the hard time the guy is passing through. October salary was the last salary he got. He works in one of the state hospitals. On further enquiry Oyo state is better than Osun in salary payment. Many states are owing months of unpaid salaries. I wept for my country because salary is the least thing a government should do. I am still looking and searching for the change PMB promised. God help us.
