A fast growing digital academic library is looking for a smart young individual with a passion for education and research to join its team as Content Growth Specialist The ideal person will work a lot on his/her own, and will work as part of a fast paced team

Responsibilities

Develop and refine content growth, acquisition and development strategy for the onlin academic library
Drive academic content growth by engaging reearchers, scholars and academicians
Work with team to develop and implement strategies to meet the monthly targets for quality academic content (papers, essays, projects) growth
Maintain and monitor content quality Develop and implement strategies for user generated academic research papers and reports
Deliverables and KPIs (2-6 months) Increase quantity of academic papers and documents added to the library Ensure consistent growth in number of quality researchers on the platform

Requirements/Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience working in business development, or education research related roles\
Sound sales and business development skills
Ability to research and engage lecturers, scholars and graduate researchers

This is a contract job that promises to pay well.

Applicants must reside in Lagos and this is a remote work which will require you to come in only a few times a month
