Rivers state will be having elections on the 19th of March, 2016. Virtually every part of the state is engulfed in violence. Even the Lawmakers are not left out of the frey as they are busy fanning the ember of violence.

If it happens again (as it use to happen)...don't say we didn't see the signs coming.

From the look of things, the police are not prepared for the elections...
