Former Governor of Anambra State, Mr. Peter Obi on Friday visited St. Mattew Anglican primary School, Eziagu, in Orumba South Local Government, Anambra State, owned by the Anglican Archbishop of Aguata,Rev. Dr. Christian Efobi.While in the school,he appealed to the students to obey their parents and teachers and take their studies seriously so that they will become successful in future.

He also donated the sum of one million Naira to the school to assist them to upgrade their infrastructure.Speaking further,he said he said would henceforth take special attention to the development of the school and pleaded with affluent Nigerians to assist institutions around them that are engaged in the training of the young ones.

Interacting with the students of the school,he advised them that with hard work and determination,they will become Presidents, Governors and successful professionals in various areas of endeavour.

In his part, the headmaster of the school said it is a great achievement for a school like theirs in a remote attract to attract person of Peter Obi's calibre.According to him,Peter Obi's visit will promote the productivity of the school and also act as a source of life long inspiration.
