What is their to be read, one part drops 4billion, while the other drops the balance.
Is this resort for the rich or poor? So the other party just wishes away 13 billion? A sting is always at the end deal.
His press office should publish details of the MOU, and I bet the finer details would send a financial slavery chill down ones spine!!!
Investment in a golf resort, is priority for his administration?

I WAS HAVING A CHAT WITH MY IGBO FRIEND AND HE BROUGHT THESE IQ THING SITES OUT AND I WAS ROFL BECAUSE I KNOW THAT IF THE IQ THING IS A TRUISM THEN IF IGBOS HAVE 200 IQ LEVEL,YORUBA WOULD HAVE 600 IQ LEVEL...

THERE ARE NUMEROUS REASONS FOR THIS FACT BUT UNFORTUNATELY FOR FANS OF IQ THINGY...
IT IS A MISCONCEPTION...
Scientists debunk the IQ myth: Notion of
measuring one's intelligence quotient by singular,
standardized test is highly misleading

After conducting the largest online intelligence
study on record, a Western University-led research
team has concluded that the notion of measuring
one's intelligence quotient or IQ by a singular,
standardized test is highly misleading.
The findings from the landmark study, which
included more than 100,000 participants, were
published Dec. 19 in the journal Neuron . The
article, "Fractionating human intelligence," was
written by Adrian M. Owen and Adam Hampshire
from Western's Brain and Mind Institute (London,
Canada) and Roger Highfield, Director of External
Affairs, Science Museum Group (London, U.K).
Utilizing an online study open to anyone, anywhere
in the world, the researchers asked respondents to
complete 12 cognitive tests tapping memory,
reasoning, attention and planning abilities, as well
as a survey about their background and lifestyle
habits.
"The uptake was astonishing," says Owen, the
Canada Excellence Research Chair in Cognitive
Neuroscience and Imaging and senior investigator
on the project. "We expected a few hundred
responses, but thousands and thousands of people
took part, including people of all ages, cultures and
creeds from every corner of the world."
The results showed that when a wide range of
cognitive abilities are explored, the observed
variations in performance can only be explained
with at least three distinct components: short-term
memory, reasoning and a verbal component.
No one component, or IQ, explained everything.
Furthermore, the scientists used a brain scanning
technique known as functional magnetic resonance
imaging (fMRI), to show that these differences in
cognitive ability map onto distinct circuits in the
brain.
With so many respondents, the results also
provided a wealth of new information about how
factors such as age, gender and the tendency to
play computer games influence our brain function.
"Regular brain training didn't help people's
cognitive performance at all yet aging had a
profound negative effect on both memory and
reasoning abilities," says Owen.
Hampshire adds, "Intriguingly, people who
regularly played computer games did perform
significantly better in terms of both reasoning and
short-term memory. And smokers performed
poorly on the short-term memory and the verbal
factors, while people who frequently suffer from
anxiety performed badly on the short-term memory
factor in particular."

According to the Nigerian bureau of statistics, Anambra state has the least poverty rate in the country, the poorest Anambra man makes minimum of N3k a day take home,

I'm an Imolite but I cant help but admire Anambrarians their spirit and drive, they have a governor, a technocrat that is working.. Not the conman we have at Douglas house...

Igboland will be great again.... For us as a people to have recovered so quickly after fighting a war and the 20 pounds.... I feel proud to be igbo.

How is a 17 billion Golf Resort going to benefit ordinary Anambra people?

What a displaced priority by a clueless state governor! No stable electricity, no pipe-borne water, no good quality roads, no security, etc and yet a Golf Resort is so important to this id*iot than the pressing needs of the people!

Nigerians are too dumb to allow incompetent id*iots to rule them!

Anambra has the best road networks in Nigeria. Anambra is presently among the few most secured states in Nigeria. Anambra has pipe bornewater.

Above all Anambrans are rich.

Besides this is a private investor and not like the government is coughing out 17b.

Leave them to it, for it makes them feel good. I think the ones from Imo understands things better, I heard they once blocked the state government from building an hotel.
People are yet to realize how serious the state of the economy is lately, so it's best they feel it first hand when it comes upon them.
