Look here, "in saner climes", you don't have the President's ADC (or their equivalent) breathing down their necks everywhere they go. You simply have a security perimeter around the president- not some robotic army officer with his diick literally touching the president's butt as they both walk.

It is high time, IMO, we did away with that military mentality and imbibe the practices of "smart" policing/protection.

Sure you all dont see cost saving, when the president decides that instead of travelling with five media aides he may not need, there is nothing wrong in the ADC taking the few pictures. Moreover, look well to observe that this is not a gathering for so many media aides perhaps only the ADC was allowed into the meeting venue. The woman staring also looks like a security agent.
