A one-building collapsed in Mile 12 area of Lagos.

The building located at 9, Ali Close, behind Mile 12 Garage, collapsed early Saturday morning.

www.metronaija.com gathered that one person has been confirmed dead and another, a woman, is critically condition.

She was rushed to a nearby hospital.

The building looks old and not maintained. Rip to the deceased and the house owner should be summoned ...

When we say 50 percent of Lagos is slum, they will come and flay us. These are the type of folks who prefer to live in their grandfathers house with their fathers and still pop out children. Change your ways!

People are the architect of their problem.
Check out most of the house mark to be destroyed, they either engage the officers in bribery or sue them to court.

That isnt enough reason. Buildings are at least expected to have a life expectancy of 50years. While monumental structures could be deaigned to last as much as 200years.
