President Muhammadu Buhari has lamented the epileptic power in the country, saying Nigerians has now turned it to a laughing matter. Speaking at the opening session of the National Economic Council Retreat on the economy at State House Conference Centre, on Monday, the President said for him the situation was far from a joking matter.
