A prominent New York City emergency room doctor accused in January of sexually abusing four female patients was indicted this week on five criminal counts, PEOPLE confirms. An indictment was returned Thursday against Dr. David Newman, a 45-year-old physician and book author who has given TED Talks and blogged for The New York Times and Huffington Post.
