you think him being english brought has any effect in this?you know english players and this aversion to play outside england

i said that because of iwobi affinity to his Dad and family, England players now travel abroad, he doesn't look adventurous.

just have this at the back of your mind , that team can play well without Moses .. we will enjoy free flow footie. if Icon79 like make him hit him head for wall .... grin we need Obi more than Obi need us ... i am yet to see another indispensable player

Whenever Victor Moses is in the team I feel like he is holding us back from playing free flowing football. I am not a big fan of his style...Always dribbling into crowd of people and will most likely lose the ball

same here, he may not have the bundle of skills but he plays with the heart of a lion and that's the spirit of Naija

True. But I doubt if that would stop the useless British pundits from blaming him for everything wrong with Arsenal.

i think he need to develop tough skin, every great player was criticized at some point.

If Simy impresses, then i suspect one extra defender will go.

That has been my point.

In fact the fact that Ighalo is our first choice CF, doesn't speak well of the team. Any CF that can make a serious impact should be included at the expense of a fringe defender that may likely not kick a ball.

Victor Moses is Rohr's most dangerous weapon. He needs him to have enough rest so there would not be any stories of fatigue.

Ogu played on monday and his in camp

Haha!! Mikel would not get you goals (even though he can score once in a while), but VicMo would get you goals. Wherever you play him, he would always get you goal. That's the difference, really. But like I said, we can play without anybody including Mikel. We might not be at our best without some key players but we can still play as a team and win matches.

@ykalhaji: How much do I pay you so you guys can stop using a meaningless friendly game as a yardstick for everything? We beat Argentina without VicMo, my behind. Oya, go and play them in Russia without him let's see how far that friendly results can get you shocked

Excellent football. The whole pitch is their domain. I once read that they even inspired Brazil.
dont know about influencing brazil but i feel ajax of 1993 to 1996 and dutch national teams of 1988 euros and from from 1997 to 2001(ajax style inspired) looked up to that..of course the barca team under cruyff from 1990 to 1995 and subsequently barca team under guardiola (who is a cruyff disciple)

Victor Moses is taking Nigeria for a ride....A reformed Onyekuru will do a better job and Chidiebere Nwakali can even dribble better than Victor Moses. I saw flashes of what Ebere Nwakali can do against Athletico.

chidi is a defensive midfielder

I am not saying he is not important but we can do better....With the way things are going I see a lot of youngsters who can displace him in no time...Chukwueze, Onyekuru, Ebere Nwakali are all capable of dribbling

With the right attitude moses was suppose to be eagles assistant captain

We are following in 5D. Let Simi outshine Ighalo in our next couple of games first and let's see whether he will not be accommodated in the team at the expense of a fringe player from another position.

You ask if Kalu is one of our top 3 performer in eagles and i said yes and you are asking for the other 3

if you disagree with my yes then you should be the one to list the players better than him

Samuel Kalu is not near top 5 Nigerian performing players in the Belgium pro league. GBAM.

No 1. Peter Olayinka

No 2. Taiwo Awoniyi

No 3. Uche Agbo

No 4. Boniface Bonaventure

No 5. Abdul Ajagun

He is not near top 5.

Makosa will need the experience he is currently getting in the camp. For now, This is a serious business, we have come too far to risk a spot for Makosa.

OMANBALA1:

Kedu udi akuko m' na ako ?

Cant you see the class with which Ebele Nwakali and his brother dribble players? They dribble and release the ball unlike Moses.

Give me a team that will have Onyekuru, Chukwueze, Ebele Nwakali, Kelechi Nwakali, Iwobi, Kelechi , Orji Okonkwo, Musa Muhamed, Ebube/Ikuowen, Kingsley Michael and see correct samba on display
