if anything i'm hoping this puts Musa in the coffin at least for now. We need players to add bite to the SE. It's only an unofficial friendly. Regardless of the outcome, Rohr ran the rule over the new boys and since we are dominating that means they are blending just fine. That's one positive we can take from this. TheSuperNerd: |

Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2023, 2025 And 2026 World Cup by Joebie: 8:55pm On May 26, 2017 |
you always need a tse-tse fly in your team. A player that will worry you until you do him something bad. Besides Etebo, Victor Moses is another example. Which is why I like i like putting both of them in the opposite flanks in my fantasy starting formation. Makes the job easier for our strikers. |

Game Over.... Match decided by two penalty goals. Kelechi takes his impressive goals return to 6 goals in 9 games internationally. Nigeria missed plethora of chances with Ahmed Musa the biggest culprit alongside Onyekuru (missed a sitter) and Alhassan (nodded over from close range). We dominated with chances and possession and obviously Corsica sat deep defending. Fair result... the team finishes the game with no injury concerns hopefully... so it is unto the next game against Togo. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

Yes ooooo... free indeed we are! But ehmmmmm... Sir BascoVanVeli... what do you think about Nacho's move to west ham? I feel Bilic wanna make Nacho the main man in his attack... a fee of 24million pounds is really huge for a 20-year old African player... They must really rate him so high and I know West ham fans will love this... but what do you think Sir? Hoffenheim was my first and best choice for Nacho but it seems they couldn't meet the asking price... And West Ham is a very good team with a sound coach like Bilic... so what's your take? I also read that Man City inserted a buy-back clause in the deal... funny right? BascoVanVeli: |
