TMKOC television show is inspired from the humorous column ‘Duniya Ne Undha Chasma’ written by the Mr. Tarak Mehta. This story revolves around Gokuldham Co-operative Society and covers social and topical issues which we face in daily life. The main lead characters of this show are ‘Jethalaal’ (Dilip Joshi) and ‘Taarak Mehta’ (Sailesh Lodha). ‘Jethalaal’ fhas good friendship with ‘Taarak Mehta’ and often he goes to him for advice, if he face any problem. Jethalaal’s family includes his wife ‘Daya Ben’ (Disha Wakani) and a son ‘Tapu’ (Bhavya Gandhi).
